1. According to the requirements of the vacuum degree, adjust the pumping time relay. But in order to ensure the sealing quality, the degree of vacuum must not be less than -0.06Mbra, otherwise, the sealing quality cannot be guaranteed, and the electric heating belt will be burned out.
2. Adjust the heat sealing relay according to the packaging material, and control the heating time, generally set at 1.5-2 seconds.
3. According to the sealing quality and packaging materials, adjust the cooling time relay to achieve the best sealing effect. (The above 3 items are adjusted by personnel and handed over to operators.)
4. Put the product to be packaged into a plastic bag and put it in the sealing position. After the packaging bag is put in place, the pressure strip (stainless steel strip) on the base of the electric heating strip must be pressed well. Turn on the power switch, the vacuum pump works, and vacuum the packaged items. 5. Then heat and pressurize at the same time to seal the plastic bag, then the vacuum chamber cools and returns air, and the working chamber cover rises to the other side. The studio cover falls. Complete a seal.
6. Turn off the power switch immediately after the equipment stops working, so as not to burn the solenoid valve due to being charged for a long time.

1. Preparation before use
a. The machine is placed stably, check whether the cover is closed smoothly and whether it automatically jumps up after letting go, except for fully automatic equipment. DZ-400/2L model, the adjustment bolt under the working chamber can be adjusted to make the cover jump up automatically, but the jumping force should not be too large, DZ-400/2S, DZ-500/2S DZ-600/2S DZ- For 800/2S models, adjust the left and right turnbuckles.
b. Equipped with a power supply that meets the requirements of the model.
c. Check whether the position of the oil level of the vacuum pump is correct, if not, adjust it. (Refer to the manual of the vacuum pump for details) d. Ground the machine well.
e. Turn on the power, turn on the power switch, close the cover, and check whether the vacuum pump is running normally. (If the air is not pumped, it is likely that the vacuum pump motor is reversed, and any two-phase line in the three-phase power line should be replaced.)
2. Adjustment before use
a. Select the degree of vacuum
The pumping time is 0-99.9 seconds and the number display is continuously adjustable. For small vacuum machines, the pumping time is digitally adjustable from 0-30 seconds. Adjust the length of pumping time to achieve the required vacuum.
b. Select the heating temperature
Select the required heating temperature according to the material of the packaging bag, and adjust the heating temperature knob to the corresponding position, high or medium, or low.
c. Adjust the heating time
The heating time is continuously adjustable from 0 to 99.9 seconds. According to the packaging material used and the heating temperature, adjust the heating time knob to select the appropriate heating time (small vacuum machine digital rotary 0-5 seconds adjustable).
d. According to the needs, select the silicone characters for sealing the silicone rubber strip mouth and set the sealing date and other characters.
3. Use
a. Turn on the power switch.
b. Open the bead of the packaging bag, put the packaging bag containing the packaged items (the item must not be less than 4 cm from the mouth of the bag) into the working room, and place the seal on the silicone rubber strip evenly, and the bags should not overlap. Turn over the bead of the packaging bag and press the mouth of the packaging bag well.
c. Hold the handle (or press the edge of the upper cover) and press down on the working chamber. Close the cover, the machine will automatically complete the vacuum packaging process according to the program and automatically open the cover. Some equipment is equipped with an emergency stop switch.
d. Open the packaging bag and press the strips. Take out the bag. That is to complete a working cycle. e. When stopping work, turn off the power switch and pull out the power plug.
4. In addition to the above preparations, the packaging machine needs
a. According to the automatic operation speed of the studio on the equipment and the working speed of the operator, adjust the speed adjustment time relay on the equipment panel. (time lengthened or shortened)
b. This equipment is equipped with an emergency stop switch. If there is a special situation, press this switch, and the upper cover will automatically open at the top. When the situation is eliminated, turn on the emergency stop switch, push the upper cover to the working side, and the equipment will enter normal operation. state.
